Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to provide individual and group counseling and coaching. This is a hybrid position that requires a balance of in-person work at our Whitefish Bay office and community-based services, such as home visits or local meet-ups.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and/or group therapy sessions.

• Develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide in-office and community-based services to clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development.
